Rental Prices and Terms

The apartment is available to rent year round, whether it's for a family holiday, a long weekend's golf or to escape from the British winter.

Accomodation for 4 people, on request we can accomodate up to 6 people. All bed linen, bath towels,are provided.

Rental prices include:

Apartment rental for up to 4 persons, all bed linen, bath and kitchen towels. There is a final cleaning and laundry charge, payable on arrival to our property managers.

A welcome grocery pack can be provided on request.

Rental prices exclude: Mid-stay or weekly clean/bed-linen & towel change, which is available at an extra charge per clean & linen change (payable locally to property manager).

Baby equipment can be arranged if required at an extra charge.

Beach/pool towels - please bring your own these are not provided for at the apartment.

Check in time 3.00 pm, and check out 10.0 am.

To secure a booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your departure.

Breakages deposit - We request a refundable deposit of £100 to cover breakages/damage, to be paid with main deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks, upon a satisfactory checkout.

If the holiday you are planning, is due to start within 4 weeks. Please contact us for a special deal price.

Discounts for stays over 2 weeks.

Discounts available for long lets.

For bookings less than five weeks before the departure date, the full amount will be due on booking.

Payments can be accepted by personal cheque, bank transfer or paypal.

We're afraid that we can't accept credit card payments.

Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
