Our place at La Tercia is a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, fully furnished with enclosed garden terrace. Overlooking the La Tercia Golf Course, and also the Carrascoy Mountains.
The resort will have a commercial centre, with a range of shops and restaurants, a club house, fitness centre, the apartment is near to the communal pool.
A wine bar and supermarket can also be found in the local village of La Tercia. The local towns and villages of Sucina and Balsicas, are a short distance from the resort.
Our place is 40 minutes from Alicante Airport and 15 minutes from Murcia airport, take the road to La Tercia through the orange and lemon groves of the Murcia countryside.
The Cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante are all within easy reach, as well as only 15 minutes to the beaches of the Mar Menor and Costa Calida.
Children are welcome and cots and high chairs can be provided on request. Please bring your own swimming and beach towels as these are not provided.
There is a no smoking policy in the apartment.
We can arrange a meet and greet at the airport, subject to an extra charge.
We do recommended that you have use of a car.
